What Should i do?

lately this weekend i feel depressed and sick! i don't know what to do! what should i do?

Actually same ffor me...I have been sick all weekend and when i havnt been with my friends im depressed. I moslty hanged out with friends but the few hours i didnt i felt like shit. But it will only probly last for the weekend. Let it slide but if it keeps goin and you are depressed for awhile tell your parents or guardian (this happend to me and lasted 3 monhs)and they will know what to do(when i asked my mom she to the therapist)! But give it time. You will feel better over time...But if you cant take it no longer talk to someone...you can even talk to me because Im going through the same.

Are you sick because you're depressed, or depressed because you're sick?

Being sick sucks either way, so I feel your pain (my sinuses hate me). When stuck at home sick, I either try to find a book I like, a movie I like, or play horrible computer games... if well enough, I'll play guitar or something along those lines. And rest. Resting is the most inportant thing to do when you're sick. Don't push yourself, because that can only help to make you even more sick. Not worth it.

try to play a game keep yourself busy get into a sport that you really like go over to a friends house!!

well depression can result from being sick, or the other way around to.

watch funny movies. heres a few of my favorites:

1. Monty Python And The Holy Grail
2. Kung Pow
3. Happy Gilmore
4. The Princess Bride
5. Scary Movie 3

Talk on the phone with family, and friends and people you like. do your homework *gasp* so that you don't feel like crap on tuesday.
