I know I'm not skinny, but I'm not huge either. I really want to lose some weight, but I know its completely WRONG to starve yourself. So I refuse to do that.. and I don't like all of those confusing diets. Is there any way to diet normally without getting complicated?? Help!!

try eating lots of foods w/ really high fiber counts like nuts is one example..in addition cut your carb count but do not get rid of it completely because that is very unhealthy...hope this helps ]
Yea. When I was like 11, I was waaaaaaay overweight and my mom made me go on a diet. I went from 120 pounds to (now I'm 13) 95. And DAMN I've never been happier. All you have to do is eat more fruits and veggies. Replace big fat greasy meals with fruits and soups with bread. Hey I lost 25 pounds. And I feel great till this very day! And I didn't have to starve myself (a definte bonus!)

You don't need complicated diets, and starving yourself will only hurt your body. All you need to do is cut out a lot of junk food, such as fast food, candy, chips, sodas...Stuff like that. Also, you should drink a lot of water and exercise a little a day. 30 minutes of cardio works good, or you could just take a long walk everyday. And if you start feeling hungry during the day, eat fruits and healthy snacks instead of junk like chips and snacks. Good luck! ]

Just have an apple for a snack instead of chips make right choices like instead of a cheeseburger have a salad. Go to your local gym and hit the treadmill. I heard that if you walk for 30-60 min a day by the end of a year youll lose 20lb's without changing your diet. ]
ok well try exercising regularly maybe start out 3 times and week and then a little bit more ... also try to eat really healthy like not a lot of junk food maybe like a salad and something else healthy for lunch or something. i hope this helped you out! -kayla ]
dont eat so much junk food. Dont drink soda. Run your school's track a few times after school, or go to the ymca. ]
try lifting wieghts for a while and running. or you could eat foods with less than 10 grams of sugar. and dont drink any pop or drinks that are carbonated.the way you find out if it is carbonated or not if you shake it up and it fizzes like pop it is carbonated.one of my relatives is doing that. hope i helped ]
Your very smart for knowing that some girls dont evne know they have a dissorder when they do, and like you i hate diets to so jsut start eating healtheri ya know, liek cut back on the chips and thst stuff, and do a little more working our, eat mroe apples and those sorts of things, that taset good and arent like gorss!! No one lieks gross food!! I mean theres not a whole lot you can do, right now all of our bodies are maturing so sometimes a little body fat wont kill ya, liek most mothers sayb "you'll grow into it" haha, how annoying!! anyways i hope i hepld ya out! ]
cut back on the junk food, if you eat alot of it, cut down the seving size of your meals, and exercise alot. ]
the key to this is cutting calories from your diet. dont go crazy..all u havta do is fugure out how many u consume a day and try to cut down 500 calories. it can be hard..so maybe start out smaller. for example insitead of having a donut or bagel or something for breakfast maybe have some fruit or yogurt or something. just take out unneccisary things outta ur diet and exersise about 1/2 hr a day. if u manage to do this, youll start losing about 2 lbs a week depending on how many calories u cut. good luck hope i helped ]

yes there is cuz im like u too..i aint skinny but i aint fat..the best thing to do is execise more and eat healthier food..i weighed 160 n now since i did tht i weight abt 150..so i hope tht helps ya ]
i am the same way you are. i dont go crazy with dieting and all. i just try to cut back on the junk food. and i drink a lot of water. that seems to help. hope i helped. ]
