Alright you should just call her up or sit her down and tell her how you feel. Just be like "Alright, I'm telling you the truth, but you're just not believing me, you think I'm joking and I'm not, I mean what am I suppose to say in order for you to believe me, I know we went out about a year ago, but I like you again, do you like me again too..?" Just say something like that, and just look her straight in the eyes so she knows you're telling the truth. I hope this helps and good luck hun. Theres many reasons for this. Maybe she likes you too and is just being shy or she thinks that theres no way a guy could like her. Talk to her in person and tell her how you feel so it sounds sincere. :) Good luck.

Okay if she thinks your joking it just means that she might feel the same about you but she is afraid that you are joking and doesn't want to get rejected or she doesn't like you and she doesn't want to hurt your feelings.
