I have a cold..

Question Posted Saturday September 18 2004, 8:48 pm

I have a cold. I feel so gross and all I want to do is sleep. But I cant because I have loads of homework that I should be doing right now but I just feel..gross! Is there anything I can do to make me feel a little better so I can concentrate(sp?) on getting my work done? Besides taking medicine..I rate :(

take a HOT bath. play some calming music and draw yourself a bubble bath make it nice and hot and try to relax... just don't fall asleep in the tub because you'll drown and we don't want that!

Ok heres a idea:

Run some bathwater, Get a radio play your favorite music lightly in the background and lay in the bathtub with a warm rag over your face...
relax for 20 min...

by the time you get out you wont be well but you'll feel refreshed!

hope all goes good

hmm, that sux! I hope u feel better..but you should definatleay drink a lot of beverages especially orange juice cuz it has a lot of vitamins. Also water is extremely good for you, esp. if you are sick. Have some soup, and just relax and take breaks from your homework maybe after each assignment depending on how much you have.

Drink some tea. If you put lemon or honey in it its even better for you. or you can put a cough drop in it. That always helps me , and it wakes you up too.
