Hey i'm not allowed to get a tattoo, so i really want to get a henna. where can i get a really good henna kit, thats not <too> expensive?

hey... the cheapest place to get Henna would be a pakistani or indian grocery store... when they give u a price bargain wit em... and than u can buy the stencils from an arts and craft store...

wally world! ((wal*mart)) they have some good ones..itll prolly cost you like 10-20 bucks..not bad! there are also TONZ of places along the beach or pier if you have one near you that will do a great job for about 10 bucks!

hm im not sure.. im pretty sure you can get them anywhere!! try searching online for henna kits.. maybe you could order one offline. they dont seem too expensive!-sorry i wasnt much help =/
