ahh help!!
ok.. one of my best friends uncle died last nite we were all really close with him but they were like really close n shes talkin about killing herself wut do i say to her to help her try n stop trying to kill herself? help i rate high

Tell her it isn't the end of the world and she shouldn't want to kill herself. Tell her that there are people in her life; family, friends; that care about her and love her. Let her know how you would feel if she was gone. Tell her that when life throws something bad at her she can't just give up, she has to be strong and work her way through it. Hope it helps =) *amber*

Tell her to stop her baby shit. I know it's hard losing some one that's really close, believe me, I lost my best friend and my grama all in the same month. But anyways, just tell her that killing her self is not the answer and that she'll see him again.

well my grandpa died a few months ago. i feel the same way. but explain 2 her that this is life and hes in a good place and if she does hurt herself because she has so much grief her uncle wont be happy. tell her hes watching her and wants the best for her.

this is a very normal thing. my very best friend was goin to do the same thing. just try to ocmfort your friend and help her thru her hard time.. SHE WILL GET OVER IT.

Tell her to try and not htink about it and talk to someone about it and hopefully then she will cry, crying makes everyone feel a lot better, and if she stills wants to kill herself tell her to put a robberband on her wrist and flick it so it hurts, but not too much that always made me feel better. tell her that by hurting herself, she's also hurting others. just because her uncle died, that doesn't mean that she shouldn't be able to live... that just shows that she should appreciate the little things in life. and i'm sure her uncle wouldn't want her dead! hope it all works out babe!

The best thing I can think of to tell her is that her uncle wouldn't want her to die. That he would want her to go on living and enjoy life, even though he's gone. And if she can't do it for herself, then she should do it for him.
