SkInnY Hey Hey You guyZ- well i have a really high metabolism- and after every meal i eat even if its a big meal i feel hungry again- i eat alot even all my friends say i do- im 5"5 and weight 103- any suggestions on gaining weight? or will i gain weight as i get older and my metabolism slows down. Ive tried protein shakes but they didnt work-:/

ive high metabolism too! i think you'll gain weight as you grow older.. so dun worry so much. for the time being, love your body now. cause many others are dying to have a slim body just like urs :P much appreciated if u could rate me thanks! -rei ]
You will gain weight as you get older because my mom had really high metabolism when she was my age then her metabolism slowed down and then she had my sister and gained a bit of weight, ever since she has gained weight. Shes not even close to obeisety though, dont worry. ]
I know how you feel because i have exactly the same problem. I eat and I eat and I eat but I hardly gain weight and I'm always hungry, lol. There isn't really much else you can do until later in life when your metabolism slows down and what not. Eating a night supposedly helps but I dunno cause I've tried and it didnt help me much. Don't worry about it though as long as your healthy =) Hope it helps *amber* ]
Just eat healthy + don't worry about it for now. You'll probably gain weight when you get older.
If you really want to gain weight right now, talk to a doctor + they can give you some suggestions. ]
It seems like your metabolism slows down later at night so you might jsut have to eat more at night to gain the weight cuz my friend's momh had a problem with gainin weight she was 30 sumtin nd weighed in between 98-100 lbs. nd she would eat nd eat, so she started eatin at night nd now is like 112 so i mean try that. ]
uh...eat...alot...get on the "angus diet" lol. if you wanna build muscle...work out...alot and don't forget to eat...alot. hope i helped. ]

Your metabolism will most likely slow as you get older, probably by a LOT. Don't worry too much for now, and just try to eat healthy. ]
in all seriousness, try working out on a regular basis - even if you just do a few simple things with free weights. Building muscle mass means weight, and not only that, but tone and form. By jumping on this early, you stand a better chance of maintaining your metabolic rate as you age, and not have to worry as much about gaining fat as much as you will losing muscle. ]
