ok, well i like this guy, and he says he likes me...but im not so sure. and i want to ask him whats going on and everything, but i dont want it to sound like im bitching at him. i just want to figure this out. so whats a good way of asking something like that without it sound like im being mean and bitching at him?

You could write him a note telling him what you wanted to tell him in person and that you were afraid that it would come out wrong. So that way you tell him how you feel and it doesn't come out wrong.

Just ask him nicely. Just be like "I just want to know, I'm not trying to be all bitching at you or anything, but I just want to know whats going on between us.." say...on a scale of 1 to 10..1 being you hate me and 10 being yu absolutely love mee...wut wuld yu choose??..or yu can jus say "how long have yu liked me??" and maybe that will break the tension a bit ..
