You can answer anyones question you like by clicking on View Questions on the left hand side of the screen under "give advice"..and after you answer 10 questions, you are automatically listed in the "browse columnists" category, meaning you are listed officially as an advice giver on this site so then ppl can write to you personally asking for your help.
