Uhm, liquid eye lineR is a pain in the ass!! Have you tRied pencil?? I would Reccommend THAT!! Pencil [in my opinion.. and many otheR's] is a WHOLE LOT easieR to apply that liquid eye lineR!! It glides on nice and even, and it's much quickeR! And not only that.. but if you mess up... it's MUCH simpleR to clean up and Re-do!! Also, if you plan on caRRying it aRound with you in a puRse oR backpack.. pencil is the thing to have, because liquid eye lineR may Ruin fRom the heat! Just a suggestion though... soRRie I can't be of moRe help!! Goodluck!! =D

Very carefully follow your lower lash line, but be careful becuse if you get it in your eye it burns. I really don't think it's worth the hassle. A pencil looks just as good and it's so much easier.

its like just the same as putting on regular, you just haveta be more careful. For the top, i always like take the side of my eye, and kinda pull it back, so it looks like i`m chineese or something so that the skin there is nice and firm and its easier to put on. but i dont put it on on the bottom, becuz it gets to messy with my eyelashes.

ok... I wear Liquid eyeliner every single day! Well at first yOu should not put it all the way to the bottom eye lid really cole to yOur eye! * That would really suck! * Well anyway... put in on the lid right on the edge of yOur eyelashes on the bottom. Some people to the same on yOur top eye lids! I hope that helps a little! It is kind of hard to Explain!

u put it on the same way u put pencil eyeliner on xcept tht its liquid its very easy to use i use it mostly everyday.i hope this helps.<333 carmen

You put it on the same way you put on the pencil kind. Smooth is it on the inside part of ur lower eye or on the skin right outside of that. The best thing to use is pencil b/c it doesnt smear and is alot easier but its a personal choice. Good Luck! =-)

it depends to you want it on the top or bottom lid thingh on bottom but it on the flat part closest to your eye but not in it ....on top...thin line on very tip closets to lashes

Well it's the same thing as regular eyeliner, just liquidy lol. If you want to put eyeliner on the top, stretch out your eyelid so you look like a chinese person and just draw the line from left to right. If you want to put eyeliner on the bottom, it's basically the same thing, just easier. This answer is really hard to explain but I hope I helped a little bit.
