MaNdASzHElP247 answered Thursday August 12 2004, 4:57 am: SIT UPS! it works! trust me.. first what you do is the morning wake up get on the floor then do sit ups until your stomach hurts. make sure you count how many you do. For 3 more days do the same amount then the next 3 days double what you did before. i do mine every morning and night. Trust me! it will work.. it sounds like alot but it really isnt that bad. But you should try to run everyday and do some crunches. Crunches dont really help to make you skinnier but they will help you stomach become nice and strong! Hope I helped! Calibabe805 answered Wednesday August 11 2004, 2:04 pm: well i used to not be in shape either, i know how it fells, first of all i got active, and i got into a sport, and evry night i would do 50 sit uips, soon enough people started noticeing, and i felt content with myself, i also did alot of running, hope i helped
