anyone know how to get a REALLY firm stomache in 3 weeks??? i need help asap!! i rate good!!!!

well you can't get great abs unless you have a flat stomach so (i dunno if ur skinny but if not you're gonna need to lose a lil weight)<--and i'm not being rude i just learned this hehe..heres a great site..

3 weeks is shorter time, but try doing crunches, working out, and AVOID trans fats. Trans fats are the fats that go straight to your stomach. They are the WORST. And you really HAVE to look out for them. Good luck with everything,xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo.

crunches work good im a guy and i do 200 crunches a night and i no it works if i were you i wouldent start out so big start of small then work your way up hope i helped ~magical mike~

You should try the Yoga for abs tape. It hurts really bad the frist few times...but do it twice a day...and you should have awesome abs!!!!!
