Making Friends
Hey! This question is for anyone who has ever changed schools! I wanna know how long it takes to make friends! I'm really pretty shy and I'm so scared I won't have any friends!! I dont know anyone and I want to know some ideas on how to get to know everyone! Thanks a billion! -me!

its very eaisy to make new friends...i have done it. just dont be afraid to talk to people and make a good first impression.

You meet one person and they'll introduce you to there friends, but make sure that the person you are talking to is in a group that you wouldn't mind being in.

well you could join clubs or a sports team and meet people that way or find something you have in common with a person and talk about that and you also could get someone to help you in a subject at school and start to talk to them ....

I have moved a ton before when I lived with my parents and it didn't take me very long to get friends. I had friends the first day in school. You just have to go up and introduce yourself to people. If they look like they are going to be nice then just say hey. That's what I did! I hope this helps and good luck!

I know just how you feel! I am about to move to Hawaii from Georgia! I am scared also,but I keep telling myself that I will have bunches of friends! Try to introduce yourself to someone you think you would get along with,if they don't introduce themselves first:)Good Luck!

well i've never changed schools but i can fathom that changing schools must be pretty tough... i'm going into highschool and there are going to be alot of people i don't know and some of my old friends but making new friends is easy... just talk to them be nice and try to start up a conversation with them. smile and be friendly everyone loves a nice smile :-) hope i helped!

Hey. i recently just changed school and well i didn't really meet anyone cuz i haven't tried but everyone at ur new school should be very nice so just open up yah kno and be the first to say hi and talk to them yah kno?...just be yourself and nice and everything and put the shyness away and dont be scared. i'll do the same if you do..lol ^_^ hope i helped! x3 SweetStar.
