Okay i'm about 5'1" or 5'2" and i think i'm fat because i weight inbetween 125-130 but i'm on a diet, basically just for healthy foods and just cutting it down a little bit, i'm in volleyball theory at high school and cheerleading. everything things im perfect, but i think im fat, i run in my spare time, crunchers and all this abdominal crap, but i don't know what else to do, im a freshman so that means im 14 if this helps any. I don't know if i'm normal or over weight, i was reading a thing in the paper and it said only for my height to weight about 109- and my formal is coming up in December, please help me, I wanna look good. There is this guy i like in my Social Studies class. Everyone says he is really nice. I would go up and talk to him, but he is alwayse with his guy friends. They kinda intimidate me. So should I ask around about him (see if he is single, or even interested in me) or should i wait to see if he will come up to me?

Had the same problem! I just broke up with him 3 days ago because I got tired of him putting me down whether he was kidding or not. Tell him to stop joking round like that because it hurts your feelings! If he doesn't stop then maybe think about moving on to someone or something better because he shouldn't put you down like that. I LOVE my ex soo much but I feel much better now that I don't have to listen to that anymore. I miss him but i'm getting over it. GOOD LUCK!!! :)

Yea I think you may need to stick to jeans with them. It might look ok with shorts, I would have to see it. I don't think them with the skirt would be that great. But do what you think looks right and you'll look great! Good Luck! **mosie**

ok...i need help!!! lyk in the movire thirteen...the girl tracy and her mom dont get along and lyk i sorta dont get along with my mom...and we fight over lyk the stupidest things and im just afraid that me and my mom are gonna fight as bad as tracy and her mom...and i never ever want that to happen!!!! also, im afraid the peer pressure is gona get me into drugs and sex and lyk smoking...and im sooo scared and i dont want that to happen AT ALL!!!! this sucks balls. I fight alot with my mom as well....but in the end she's one of my best friends. It's that time in your life that ya'll will fight over anything! I'm in it now. It will pass though so have hope! And I think that we are all scared about peer pressure. I don't want to be into sex and drugs either. I just put this rule that i know I'm not going to do it and then I NEVER put myself in the situation that something like that could happen. DOn't hang around with those sort of kids and you should do great! **Mosie**

I'm starting a new school as a sophmore on the 16th of this month where I don't know anybody! In my old school I was semi*popular! I want to be very popular in my new school. Do you think that it is possible for the "new kid" to be popular? Anyone have any advice on how I can do that? Yes new kids can be popular. I should know, because today I met this new kid and she wasn't hanging out with anyone so she asked me if she could hang around me for lucjtime and of course I was like sure! By the end of the lunch period she had 15 guys eyeing her like hungry dogs. All of which were in 11th grade (we're in 9th). So yea they can be. What's makes a person popular is I guess like their....personality. Be cheerful and don't act scared or anything. Be talkative and you'll do great!!! GOOD LUCK!! **Mosie**

OKay guys! On the first day I have narrowed it down to two diffrent choices:
1. blue jeans, a halter top w/ a cute shirt (the kind that have the buttons at the top that u leave undone (i know complicated to explain), black flip-flops, and a pink and black purse and pink and black back-pack!
2. blue jeans, a dark pink and blue shirt (the polo kind) with pink flip flops and a pink and a pink and black purse and pink flip flops!!

You meet one person and they'll introduce you to there friends, but make sure that the person you are talking to is in a group that you wouldn't mind being in.

I've always used Bed Head and of course it's not the cheapest thing but it seems to work good. Usually depends on the hair.

Alright. I have this guy bestfriend whom I have known for 2-3 years. I used to move a lot when I was younger, and this is the first time I've actually remained in one city. He's the most person that I am closest to. We used to date but we broke up, then that's when we became best friends. He moved to Austin awhile back, but we still talked everyday. I got a boyfriend that I'm in love with which I've been dating for like 6 months now. My best friend came back down from Austin for the summer. When I saw him I got mixed feelings for him, but I brushed it off. Then, he finally told me he had strong feelings for me. He's always had feelings for me. But I don't think the feeling is mutual. I love him to death, but I'd rather be with the boyfriend I have now. My best guy/friend has been chasing after me all summer. Finally, he's realized that he should just stop trying because it's getting no where except more drama and tears for the both of us. I suggested that we should just be friends, but he came out with "It's hard to be friends when I am madly in love with you. It hurts too much." So, we talked it out... and the only resort came down to completely NOT talking anymore. Basically from best of friends to nothing; not even acquaintances. I don't know if that will work out. I love him, but not in that way. I would like him as a best friend, but he says we can't do that. He says that we should stop calling each other and whatever. I don't know if this is really going to work. I just want everything resolved. Advice anyone? [If anyone understood this paragraph] (link)

Running away isn't the answer. If you don't want to go to college then try telling your dad that. But going to college is a good idea, because you can always get a better job, and you could always be in a band afterward. You most likely won't be in a band for the rest of your life and even though your young you need to be thinking a little about the future.

Well NO SEX!! Kissing and holding hands but your only thirteen, there's gonna be alot more boys and plenty more realationships. Don't put yourself in the position that someone like sex could happen. Don't be nervous! Try to relax, be confident! Don't dress to dressy, and be yourself. Try to be unique because they are looking for someone who isn't like all the others that they're interviewing. You have to stand out! GOOD LUCK!!

I'm a girl, and 13 years old, and I just want 2 kno, is it wrong 2 like your brother's best friend??? Becuz...I do. My friends say it's fine, but the thing is, there's no way he likes me back, he's 3 years older than me, and there's no way I can ever tell him, cuz he'll just be freaked out. It sounds like you need some answers! Well...I don't think it's bad that you like him at all...I mean it might just be a crush but I wouldn't say anything to him till you get some kind of hint that he likes you. You really don't want to make a fool of yourself. I'm not so sure that your brother would be very happy if you and him hooked up either. Your friend might be trying to make you feel better because....well that's what friends are for but I would ask her straight out if she knows anything about him liking you. Good Luck!! **Mosie**

O.K. my family members and all sometimes say that I'm annoying, I have also heard it from some friends, I am 13 years old but I act like I am 5, I try not to but I guess its a habit and I can't help it! Have any tips? How can I not be 'annoying'?

I'm a really hiper person and sometimes people think that I'm annoying as well. But actually that's what most people like about me, so ask yourself this...Does everyone think your annoying? And do these people's opinions really matter to you? If they do then try to tone it down a little when those complainers are around and talk to them about what that you do that is annoying?
