OK I'm goign to tell you straight out, yes 125 pounds is overweight for a girl who's only 5"1'. I'm 125 and I am almost 5"8'. Unless, and I am not tryin to soudn weird but if you hvave extremly large breats then you could weigh 125 pounds, but otherwise yea u have to lose some. I am impressed your a cheerleader I mean I might be worng if you can still do flips and stuff but obviously you arenm't a flier. If you are then no offense but flyers on my squad are like 85 pounds.

see, the thing about those kinda of books is that they don't take into account any kind of exercise. because you're so athletic, you're all muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. darlin', you're an awesome weight, don't worry. besides, any guy would rather have a girl with amazing muscle tone than a twig. i bet you'll look wonderful at your formal!

best of luck

don't think so poorly of yourself!

Sweetie, you aren't fat, you're perfectly normal! That paper was definitely wrong! You're doing everything right so far in your diet! Try to increase your abdominal exercises and drink lots of water! Hope I helped and good luck :)

Oh, hunnie that's not a bad wieght. I weigh quite a bit more than that, and i'm so thin that i've been accused of eating disorders. It sounds to me like you aren't going to lose that extra weight. It's probably just your body type. Also, you're so active I wouldn't be surprised if most of that weight is muscles. Remember muscle weighs more than fat ;x. Hope I helped.
