SouthernBarbieGirl answered Monday August 9 2004, 1:27 am: Sweetie, that is not the way to loose 15 pounds! My advice to you is cut out the jumping jacks all together, their great for gym, not loosing weight! The best thing to do is keep it up w/ the crunches! Their great for building strength and getting defined abs! Another great thing to do is walk/run/jog! It gets muscles in your legs and also works off excess pounds. If your looking for a way to loose weight quicker go on a small diet! Don't eat as many servings as rice, bread, pasta (that kinda thing) and eat more fruits and veggies! And splurge every now and then. I eat less fatty foods but once a week I treat myself to pizza or a hot fug sudae! Be smart, don't over work or starve yourself and the weight will be off in no time! Good Luck, hope this helped!
