hmm it shouldnt take u that long if u diet and continue to excercise... try to do a different excercise routine... cuz if u do the same thing everyday ur body gets used to it... u gotta trick ur body by doing different routines or different excercises... ]
Sweetie, that is not the way to loose 15 pounds! My advice to you is cut out the jumping jacks all together, their great for gym, not loosing weight!The best thing to do is keep it up w/ the crunches! Their great for building strength and getting defined abs! Another great thing to do is walk/run/jog! It gets muscles in your legs and also works off excess pounds. If your looking for a way to loose weight quicker go on a small diet! Don't eat as many servings as rice, bread, pasta (that kinda thing) and eat more fruits and veggies! And splurge every now and then. I eat less fatty foods but once a week I treat myself to pizza or a hot fug sudae! Be smart, don't over work or starve yourself and the weight will be off in no time! why dont you jsut run if you want to loose 15 pounds and do crunches...dont exercise every dad...do them every other day becuase your muscles need time to work or else your gonna be in a shit load of pain adn not doing anything to help loose weight ]
