I just need the motivation.. I'm not fat but I have some fatty areas, like my stomach and thighs. I always tell myself I'm going to start excercising soon but I never do. How can I motivate myself to stop being lazy and start being healthy? Any tips on what gets you going to the gym? Thanks!

Hey I think I can help..all you have to do is
A.maybe catch one of those documentaries on the really obese people,
B.go online and look up pictures of really obese people
C. Think how good it will feel to reach your goal..you`ll feel special inside!
D. Immagine yourself looking better than great next summer in your bathing suit
You pretty much just gota "do it " one day, you know? Think of the positive results and everything...you`ll be in the gym in no time

Well you need motivation to go to the gym. Hang up posters of like skinny girls that you wanna look like and that will get you to go. Hope I helped! <3 ]
look at pictures of models..but instead of the gym u can do something more fun so u will want to do it...like go dancing..get one of those retarded tapes..something like that ]
Well usually wen im happi i feel more like exercising but its not like that for everi person. Get a friend to exercise with u . me n my friend go running almost everi night and its realli fun cuz we can talk at the same time. also while were doing it to keep ourselves motivated we say why are we doing this? annd then we say cuz were fat ....were not realli fat but its funni . also think of how u want to look be like im gonna look so good after i do this stuff like that should help ]
Well this is a way I would motivate myself. You can just get pictures of people that have like the right bodys and stuff and that will probably make you want to look like them. Ive done that before and it really did help. ]
Well if anything you need to motivate youself... YOU need to be the one who wants to get in shape. No one else can do that for you. I learded that the hard way. I put pictures of hot chicks in bakinis on my fridge, mirror, and pantry... Might be a little harsh but its motivation! ((for me)) You should just eat right. Break, Lunch, and Dinner... And if you snack try a healthy snack in between meals and not so much at night. YOu could also jog and swim laps. You could also do little conditioning things before you go to sleep, or when you're bored like crunches, lunges, leg raises, pushups. Stuff like that...
