run a lot lift wights get involved with more sports, act a lot more instead of watching tv or piggin otu (not tht you do, just lettin you know lol)

try going to the ymca or a local gym n exercise exercise n exercise!it should help you alot! also try walking or jogging around your neighborhood every otha nite or something that should help too! n dont forget to eat healthy!(hehe)

umm... exersice and eat smart! That is all to it. Walk like a few times a week and just don't go on that starving deit because it doesn't help much! i hope everything goes okay for you!

it depents on what ur trying to do lose weight for good or just lose weight for three days or so. if ur trying to keep it off than do some weight training if ur just trying to lose it realy Quick than just put a sweater on and go jogging

Well, first off, you want to watch your calorie intake. Don't eat past 7pm and if you need snacks eat fruits and veggies. Secondly, exercise is really good. Walking everyday in your neighborhood for at least 30 min will help. Also, I recommend leg lifts, arm curls and crunches or situps. For leg lifts, you lay on one side and bring your leg up and down. I recommend starting out with at least 30 on each leg. If you can do more then great! For arm curls, small weights will help if you have them but you bring your arms down in front of you and keeping your elbows still bring the weights to your chest. I recommend starting out with 50 on each arm. One last thing, you should stretch before you go to bed. This may help you to sleep better and you burn fat while you're sleeping. Well a good way to loose a few is (as you always hear) excersize and eat better. But to tell you the truth, they are right. You have to drink plenty of water and instead of being bored, why don't you work out. When theres nothing to do..workout jus those little things will help.

loose a few what?
I didn't know so here are some suggestions for lots of things you could lose:

*Grains of sand*
Throw them out the window
*Hamsters*
Leave cage open (from expierience I've found this works rather well)
*School lunch card*
Leave it at the bottom of your bag and forget about it (ditto)

hope i helped, hope you lose as many as you need to lose. Oh yeah, lose is spelt L-O-S-E, L-O-O-S-E is a different word altogether ;)
