Well a good way to loose a few is (as you always hear) excersize and eat better. But to tell you the truth, they are right. You have to drink plenty of water and instead of being bored, why don't you work out. When theres nothing to do..workout jus those little things will help.

There is not an age on love. You can love anyone at any age. Of course everyone says they are too young for love just to get out of it. They are scared of love and you should never be scared. Well it seems like you like him a lot, but if you are with him for a long time i would say love. Just don't throw that word around it is very very important.
