Try these stores, Abercrombie and Fitch, American Eagle, Hollister, Aeropostale, Forever 21, Gap, Express, Charlotte Russe, Hot Topic (they have cute belts and stuff), Godzooks, 579 (I think thats what its called), umm thats all I can think of right now. They also have purses and shoes. If you don't have one near you, Macy's has a great sale rack. I once got a pair of Glo by J.lo sweatpants for $6.99. Good luck!
