Delete Screen Names???

Does anyone know how or even if u can delete your sn on AIM?

no you can't delete your account on AIM, i kno i tried b4 too..i wish so too:

No, you cant delete old AIM screen names at this time. However, you can prevent other users from finding one of your screen names by performing the following steps:

Windows: Select the My AIM menu, click My Options, and then click Edit Preferences. After the window appears, click the Controls tab, and click Nothing about me.

Macintosh: Select the Edit menu, and click Preferences. After the window appears, click the Controls tab, and click Nothing about me.

you cant delete it at all...all you can do is make a new one,and jus not go on the one you wanted to delete.

you where it says screen name you put the scareen name that you want deleted in the box and you hit the delete button.

i dont think theres any way to delete it..i dont see why anyone would need to do that, its only AIM, not like u need to make room for another screen name on AOL.

usually, you can just not use a screen name, but if you really want it delted, try to call AOL customer service
