I love black nailpolish too! One thing you could do is try to have another black piece in your clothing-whether it be your shoes, your top, or your pants/skirt. They can be preppy things-perhaps a pair of classic black shoes, or a pretty black cardigan. Some colors that go really well with black are pink, light blue, and gray. Hope I helped! Please leave anymore questions in my inbox!

there's no way you can get black nail polish to look preppy unless you have another color on the nail as a design!if you have any more questions put it in my inbox ! thanks

wear a black belt, maybe black shoes, black hair tie or headband - just to bring in the black a little & to make it all match =) good luck!

You can paint your nails black and maybe put a cute decal on them and that may help even things out! Good Luck!

For the most part im in the same situation as you.. i only wear black nail polish but yet i shop at Aero, AE, but i do shop at PacSun to.. but thats besides the point.. when im wearin preppy cloths w the black nails i try not to wear like girlie looking clothes or like patterns i stick to just like jeans and a simple tee and it pulls it off

Make sure you have alittle tint of black in your clothes or accesories, like in your earrings, or black stripes on your shirt, etc. Or, if it still looks out of place, just paint your nails a DARK shade of pink or blue (depends what you are wearing).

if you like it then thats all that should matter, even if your clothes are "preppy" the color of your nailpolish shouldnt matter unless your trying to impress people but if you like, then you should wear it even with "preppy clothes"

There are a few things you could try. 1.) Try 2 incorporate some black in ur preppy clothes, that way ur nails won't seem 2 outta place. 2.) Add a streak or design w/ another nail color 2 ur black nails. 3.) Just don't worry about it. If ppl don't like ur preppy style an dur black nails than it's their problem, not urs.
