hmm, well i guess it depends on the person. Because some people brag about their gf's and their not what i think is "pretty" and other people can say someones ugly and i think their "pretty". soooo....yaaaaaa.

Well, every1 has a different opinion about whether or not a girl is pretty. It depends on the persons taste in girls, and wut he (or she) is attracted 2 in girls. There really is no right answer, cuz the answers vary by the person.

generally, I look at her and say, "she's cute" or "she's pretty" or "she's a goddess" or "hey, that's my mom!" or "she's a girl" or "she's a MAN!"...
But the real issue is that's its all just a matter of opinion - and different people like different things. Such as, I might look at eyes, and facial shape, whereas other guys I know go straight for legs, breasts, or ass... No two people, being guys or girls, look at the same things the same way.
So, really, the answer is: you just look and judge for yourself...
...but keep in mind, for all the judging you do, someone else is judging you...
