ok..well i have some fat on my stomach..its bothering me becuz i cant get rid of it. It like sticks out and stuff..and ive been doing crunches and stuff to try to get it toned and stuff but its not working..any other ideas to get it toned??

try running! and push ups. maybe even swimming! any sport would probably do also. anything that can work your tummy muscles helps! if those don't work eat a salad or something! hope i helped. good luck and God bless!

running is the best way but if u dont like running walking is soo much easier!!and how long have u been doing crunches because they DO work if u do them every night for a couple weeks or so but those to me get boring so walking or running with headphones is much more fun! ]
Crunches don't normally work try twisting from side to side back and forth. Here let me explain:
1. Sit on the floor feet spread like a toe touch.
2. Raise your arms to shoulder height.
3. Twist your body from side to side. You know like make a circle with your arms each arm makes half the circle.
4. Do this about 20 reps and you'll really feel it when your done. But make sure to keep those abs tight while you do this.
This really works trust me! I used this and I lost my entire stomach! ]
crunches what the hell do sit up's with wieghts crunches a pussy sit up's they barley do any, yes they do provide excerize but sit up's with weight's are better and go run some no not some alot go run alot ]
I recommend watching your calorie intake. Don't eat past 7pm and if you need snacks then snack on fruits and veggies. Also, I recommend walking in your neighborhood for at least 30 minutes a day and keep doing your crunches or situps every night. One last thing, I recommend stretching before you go to bed every night because it will help you to sleep better and that's when you burn fat. I hope this helps and good luck!

try sumthing like dancing, jazzercise, pilates, yoga, jumprope... something along those lines ]

try going to the ymca or a local gym, work out there for as long as you can, n continue going there.exercise exercise n exercise, it realli helps you! also think about maybe taking an exercise class or something! try to jog or run around ur neighborhood, that should help too!

Yep. I can help you out there.Look at food labels before you consume. If it has 'trans-fat' thats the kinda stuff that goes straight to your stomach. I read it in several magazines and know from experience. Dont let yourself eat anything with trans-fat. Cut sugary things out of your diet, like candy, soda, crap like that. And try drinking LOTS of water it helps so much you'd be suprised. If you need more help let me know.. just try not to get obsessed on the topic of wieght.. its a dangerous state of livin ;-) hehe
