Eh...Weight... I'm very self-concious about my weight and I feel very...pudgy, for lack of a better word. :P
I weigh 125 and I'm...about 5'7".
I start school on the eleventh and I'd like to loose some weight from my thighs, my stomach, and my arms. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this in at a week or less?
And are there any weight-loss pills that are safe and effective?

i dont think that you need to lose any weight. im 5'8 and i weigh 125.. and im skinny as hell. i actually hate it.
but if you really think that you need to lose weight.. id say running works well. it helps you lose weight pretty quickly ]
okay well you can do crunches (alot of them) for your stomach... do leg lifts and run for your legs and for your arms just lift up heavt stuff or use actual weights ]
Im not sure of any weight loss pills, but I think the best thing you can do is just eat right and exercise. I know you've probably heard that a lot, but it's true. Just slow down and think before you eat. Also, exercising helps get rid of fat and tone your body. Some really fun and easy exercises you could try would be yoga or pilates. Pilates helps with your stomach and abs, and yoga helps with everything else :D. Also, easy situps everyday and push aways from the wall, and if you get any magazines with easy exercises to do in them, try them. Every little thing helps! :D
