Q: I'm very self-concious about my weight and I feel very...pudgy, for lack of a better word. :P
I weigh 125 and I'm...about 5'7".
I start school on the eleventh and I'd like to loose some weight from my thighs, my stomach, and my arms. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this in at a week or less?
And are there any weight-loss pills that are safe and effective?

Q: i have zits/pimples/whiteheads which ever you prefer to call them is fine with me haah. so school starts in 3 weeks for me and i'd really like to be able to have a mostly clear face (im not looking for perfection here trust me). im using clean and clear advantage acne cleanser and i like it and i love the advantage spot treatment that im using from C&C too. my question is though, whats the easiest way to get old zits to go away since i have to use a moisturizer on my face after i wash it or it gets too dry??
i don't want to see a derm because we can't afford it right now, and i don't want to get proactiv or anything like that. im just looking for tips besides drinking water and relaxing to get the zits to stop popping up all at once! thanks for the help!

Try and use any kind of clean and clear type of product that says it will reduce the amount of zits. Wash your face every day when u wake up, and go to bed. it should clear up in time for school, good luck.
