Give him a sweet massage. Just rub his back and his arms.
Make a picture frame ($4 from walmart in the craft section) paint it, write "I love you" on it and put a cute picture in it of the two of you.
Write him a sweet poem and give him a teddy bear and tell him to hold onto it at night and think of you.

Make a dinner for 2, and then after dinner cuddle up w/ a blanket (and him of course) and watch a movie! Sounds cute 2 me and shouldn't cost 2 much! never_givin_up answered Monday August 2 2004, 2:44 pm: One thing that I like to do is send things In the mail. People never get things in the mail anymore and it's fun to open up letters from people. Send him a little love note or a few hershey's kisses or something liek that. But make sure it's not hot if you send those they'll melt. But it's little things that make it better. I hope I helped!
