this is just something i would do..take one of his interests and go with it. if he's really into music, make him a cd and play it for him. or, as others have said, you could make him dinner. you could rent a movie and watch it on the couch together (this could work out well...cuddling, kissing and whatnot..). go to a park....or even your backyard.. and look up at the stars, or clouds, depending on the time of day (i like stars better) and just talk. I'm not too good at this...but just a few ideas...

You could fix him a romantic dinner.
Give him a sweet massage. Just rub his back and his arms.
Make a picture frame ($4 from walmart in the craft section) paint it, write "I love you" on it and put a cute picture in it of the two of you.
Write him a sweet poem and give him a teddy bear and tell him to hold onto it at night and think of you.

If your into the more "Creative" ideas, i have some, but i'm not for sure if that is what your looking for, but if it is, i'll tell you some more!!

"A way 2 a man's heart is thru his stomach." Haha, I've heard that sumwhere. Anyways... invite him over for dinner and a movie! Make a dinner for 2, and then after dinner cuddle up w/ a blanket (and him of course) and watch a movie! Sounds cute 2 me and shouldn't cost 2 much!

Go take a nice walk in the park. Bring a blanket to sit on. Talk to him, love him. It's sweet, but very romantic. He'll prob. love it! Hope I helped! Good luck! xoxo, Maris

One thing that I like to do is send things In the mail. People never get things in the mail anymore and it's fun to open up letters from people. Send him a little love note or a few hershey's kisses or something liek that. But make sure it's not hot if you send those they'll melt. But it's little things that make it better. I hope I helped!
