is it possible to get a firmer stomach in a week?

try doing sit ups or crunches, eat less bread and snacks, and drink lots of water instead of soda. you can even see and feel a difference in as little as 2 days:)

Yea.. just keep on exersing! Exercise at least an hour every day like cruches running etc. and eat heathly and drink lots of water.. hope that helps you

of course u cud most deffintly get a firmer stomach in a week if you realli want to! try goin to the ymca or a local gym for about an hour or so everydaya, n jus exercise exercise n exercise, i tihnk you will c reults, but only u can make it happen! so go 4 it!

Yes it is. You can do crunches and ab works for about one or two hours a day. It worked for me! Good Luck! <3

YEah it is possible but you will have to work hard..maybe if you do alot of situps and exercise ..it will do alot of help..like for every meal i eat i always do 100..crunches..

yes..but you might want to give it two weeks. depending on your matabolism. the best advice i cant give you is to just to TONS of sit ups, crunthes, or any thing else that you can feel that works your stomach muscles!!
