your friend needs help with her problem. and I think its great you are trying to help her. She can get her period back but she needs to start gaining wait and eating right. At first it may take time to get her period back because her body needs to get healthy again. If she eats right with her baby, and treats it right dont bring it around smoke , dont drink that kind of stuff yes, it should be healthy. hope I helped rate honestly

thats really good that you want to help her.. you are truly a great friend. i think if she starts eating healthy ( id say lots of protein) she will start to get her period again. and about the pregnancy thing.. i really dont know because my best friend used to be anorexic and she has a lot of problems still and she is at a very healthy weight. i'd take her to a doctor or something and they can answer these questions for sure.

The main thing is to just be there for her and help her to realize she needs to get some professional help. Also, she can get her periods back. If she doesn't stop with the eating disorder later on in life she may become sterile, which mean she may not be able to have children so if she really wants kids she needs to get help and fast. I hope this helps and good luck!

yeah she can get her periods back, butn it may take a while, like until she is fully healthy, birth control might help regulate them. and yes if she is healthy then her baby will be healthy... it might be hard for her to get pregnant though because her periods were so messed up which means her eggs might be too

You *USUALLY* will get your period back in time after you're recovered and at a healthy weight again, however, there have been cases where people never get it back. Depending on the person, it can be hard to become pregnant and there's usually a high rate of miscarrage, but if she's healthy, the baby should be.
