Iz there ne other way i can lose ALOT of weigh bye then.Ne suggestions on other things bye running n walkin fast?
Running and walking are good ideas but you can do other things. Improve your diet. Dont eat as many carbs (breads and pastas) eat fruits, veggies, if your having hamburgers for dinner or w.e eat it without a bun..etc.
little things go a long way. You can do sit ups. I do 20 sit ups at a time..then i take a one minute break. The i keep doing sit ups until i reach 500 sit ups
You can also DANCE! Its a great and fun way to move around
Maybe get into sports? Play tennis, bball, baseball, go biking, etc
round up some friends and play sports! Keep your days BUSY BUSY BUSY! This way you wont be around the house bored..and eating.etc
After aug. 31 you can continue your diet and lose more weight..just remember to do it the smart way..and ALWAYS remember..that theres always someone bigger than you out there.. [ icey0990's advice column | Ask icey0990 A Question ]

crystal200022us answered Saturday July 24 2004, 5:28 pm: That's good that you are walking and running. You should do that at least once a day. Also, I suggest every night before you go to bed to do leg lifts. In other words, lay down on one side and lift your leg. I would start out with 30 on each leg. If that's too easy then definitely do more. Also, arm curls will help. You'll want to get weights for that. Just small ones and do as many as you can. Arm curls are when you bring your arms down in front of you and then bring them up to your chest. Also, I recommend doing as many crunches or sit ups as you can and stretch before going to bed. Another thing you can do is watch your calorie intake. Don't eat as much and don't eat past 7pm. If you need to have a snack fruits and veggies are good for you. Well, I think that's it. I hope this helps and good luck!

flirterchicky answered Saturday July 24 2004, 4:46 pm: aight babii first of all you gotta be motivated, then u gotta talk to yo momma! hehe let her know your starting to care more about your body~ ask her to start cooking one extra vegetable per meal, or eat some grapes or yogurt for dessert, instead of that yummie fudge brownie that gramma makes... reward yourself after a week of hard work, and have your favorite fattening food, but dont overdo that.. just enuf 2 keep you wanting more next week~ it can be a group effort if you want, call dad down from his sunday afternoon nap, and go on a walk around the neighborhood, play some kickball, have a watergun fight, all these things increase your cardiovascular fitness, which is what you need in order to exercise more efficiently.. lemme know if this works, if you need even more ideas, leave me a line KelBel [ flirterchicky's advice column | Ask flirterchicky A Question ]
