ok im 5'8 and im to tall already and family always used to say that i was the tall skinny one..but now i am like 130 lbs...i am fat...i mean if i pinch the skin on my stomach i get liek a lot of fat...its really embarssing...bcuz i never want to wear a bathin suit bcuz it shows my stomach...and i live on a lake..so its hard not to...bcuz i aloso luv swimmin very much! i play volleyball but i feel that i need to do somthing else to lose sum wieght...what can i do? {14-f}

hey, you are so NOT fat! your BMI online is 19.8 which is in the normal weight area, so I wouldn't worry too much. you could try eating healthy and do crunches if you want to loose some weight. hope i helped ]

YOU'RE NOT FAT! Seriously your 5'8 and you're that much i'm sure your under weight if anything! Everyone has the Skin they can grab.. I can grab mine and i'm 15 and i'm 5'5 118 lbs. So no worries! But if you want to tone your body up like you stomach you can do crunches to tighten your stomach up a bit.

Well, for starters I don't think you're fat at all. Being 5'8 and 130lbs is not bad. Also, volleyball is a great sport to play to stay in shape. The main thing if you're really worried about your stomach is do some crunches. They help a lot. That's the main thing and if you need snacks during the day I definitely recommend fruits because you can eat as much of that as you want and not worry about gaining weight. And, one last thing, make sure to not eat late. That adds on weight but anyway I think you're fine but those are things I go by to lose weight. I hope this helped ya.

Listen..If your 5'8 and weighing 130 lbs then most of its just ur height.I am 5'5 and i weigh like 120lbs. and I'm not even tall!so just remember too ur not fat...u could be 5'8 and weighing 180 lbs..A girl at my school is 13 and weight 230 lbs and shes 5'6 im almost as tall as her..so remember when u think ur fat theres always a lot fatter people that think ur a twig!I hope I helped...GOOD LUCK!

Hi...Personally I dont not think you need to loose anyweight. but the best thing you can do for your stomach is do sit ups, like start out by doing 10 a day and everyweek add another 10. If you dont add sit ups each week your body will get use to it and it wont be a challange and you wont see a change. You could also stay away from the fried foods, and walk as much as possible, bascially stay active. I hope I helped you <3 Jesi ]
No 5'8" and 130 is not fat. Your BMI is 19.77 which is the lower range of normal weight =) that meens your skinny =D ]
Just eat healthy and stay busy, as long as your always doing something your body will continue to burn the fat, but if you sit around all day the fat will just build up ]
