hey does anyone know how i can pratice pitching without some1 catching with me and the throw backs.. is there some how another way?? i know its a stupid question but i would like to kno.. and how else can i improve my preformance in softball by any way?? thanx

You can get one of those nets...i don't know what they're called but if you throw a ball at them then it'll come back to you. Yeah you can pitch against that. Or, you can be like me and use a trampoline! lol...but yeah and there are a lot of ways to improve your performance in softball. Drop a qeustion in my column about what exactly you need help with in your performance ( like hitting, fielding, throwing etc.) and I'll help you out with some drills or something. ~*CaSSiE*~

hmm...well i've been pitching for about 5 years and kno som cool drills you can do. They may seem stupid and it will feel funny doin em, but its the only way to get better w/out sumone catching you. Try balling up socks and pitch them against a fence. This way u can work on ur form. Also, stand in front of a mirror and do ur motion and watch urself pitch. Wenever u can tho get sumone to catch for u. Good Luck!

Hey! lol theres this thing i got awhile ago called a pitch back and it really helps me you just throw the ball at it and the net is so tight it makes it bounce back to you. its quite entertaining.

u can use a tennis ball cuz it bounces off the wall, just make sure when ur pictching it itz farther then what u have to pitch in a game cuz a softballz heavier than a tennis ball. also a way to improve is practicing!! lol. try hitting off a tee with no ball to imrove your swing and pitching normally ppl get a pitch coach. if you need anything else ask me another question and ive got sum more things you can do just b specific. <3 xogiggles37xo.

It depends on what kinda softball... I play fastpitch and I got this pitching net thing that makes the ball come back to you, it had the strike zone and everything on it... you can probably buy it at like wal-mart or something... I forgot what it was called :-

You can pratice your pitching by throwing the ball at a wall. Aiming at a certin spot. It helps alot and you dont need anyone else to catch or throw back. The way me and a few friends would improve our proformance in softball is we would get a group of friends and play a game. It was fun and we were improving our game at the same time.
