I RLY RLY RLY hate my body.. al my friends wish they had ine an guys always flirt wit me but i wanna lose weight, even though no one thinks i need to ,i need for myself, ya know? but i cant. its like i work out but im already.. muscler. an i dont wanna b like this he she cause of workin out lol but i dont know, anyone know some good fun diets.. or just away for me to love myself. i have rly low selfassteem and it rly brings me down.. i dunno thanx.

i can totally relate to this question. i personally experienced it! recently, i went through a stage of a depression where i hated the way i looked and everything about me. i hadnt always been like that it just happened. it waz awful! i started eating less and always feeling bad about my body. thinking this way, i developed an eating disorder! it waz the worst experience of my entire life!! i waz always crying and feeling lonley and just didnt wanna live ne more. i lost weight and my parents finally found out that i had a problem. they took me to a doctor who reccomended this place where i would get therapy and stuff. i had to do it for about 6 months before i got better. i waz no fun. it took up a ton of my free time and i hated it there. but finally i got better and i feel so much happier. i no ur thinkin-"somethin like this could never happen to me! im not at all that bad." but my whole experience started from just not liking my body. if ur friends say u dont need to lose weight, dont! so many girls these days end up with eating disorders. DONT LET IT HAPPEN TO U!! no matter wat ur beautiful. god made u just the way u r becauz thatz wat he wanted u to look like. dont hate Gods creation. PLZ!!! :)

I know exactly how you feel. I feel I need to lose weight, but everyone tells me I'm fine. I feel this way because I used to be in several sports, and during that time I was incredibly skinny. Now I'm probably just a little overweight. To help put things in perspective, I'll tell you what I've learned in Psychology. On a scale from 2 (Being the thinnest) to 5 (Being the fattest), the average women is around 3.6. What men actually preferred was around 3.2. What women believe men prefer is about 2.9. What women prefer is around 2.7. I would try a vegetarian diet. They usually work. Drink more water, less everything else. Anything that requires fast movement (Running. Playing a sport) without much force will also help. Stay away from lifting weights and things like that.

I am the same way as you. I try so0o hard to lose some weight. But I will tell you what i do. 1) I go to the gym about 3 times a week to make me feel better about myself. 2) You should always manage your mirror time. Instead of pinching your waist line, say phrases like "I look good!" Or something that makes you laugh at yourself. 3) Remember that you are more than a body. Make a point that you are good at a few things. 4) Choose healthy looking celebrity models. Realize that many people in those magazines are touched up! 5) Be active. 6)Limit your scale usage. Sometimes when you go on a scale it makes you feel horrable about yourself. 7)Know what makes you lose your cool about your body. 8) Eat Right. 9)If your friends are telling you that you need to lose a few pounds then tell them to shut up! 9) Wear comfortable clothing. If you are stuffed like a sausage then you will definatly spend the whole day looking at yourself.

omg i feel the same way about my body. and the same with my friends and guys. but there is really know way to get urself to luv ur body. u just have to do it. just be comfortable with wut u wear and wut u do. and its good that u wanna loose wait for urself and not someone else. anyways.....buy/rent some movies on ppl working out. there are alot of those movies these days on that kind of stuff. just keep doing w/e u do and dont do anything dangerous that could damage ur body...i hope i helped...:) ~rate me~

If your friends think that your body is beautiful and guys fall for you then you MUST be gorgeous. Your own eyes distort your body in many ways because they see what you want them to see. Perhaps you fear of becoming ugly so instead of taking other peoples' compliments, you visualize yourself as being ugly. The only advice that I can give you is try to see yourself as the beautiful girl that everyone else sees you as, or maybe do something to boost your self esteem more.

I think it's great that you are losing weight for yourself, not for other people. Try buying some excersize tapes. Buy 3 or 4, so you can do a different workout every couple of days and you won't get bored of excercizing. Also, if you have an Xbox or other game system, get Dance Dance Revolution. It's a fun dance game, and a great workout. If you want to fight the urge to eat junk, try having a tic tac when you feel like eating it. It works for me.
