It all happened so fast
I like this boy Matt, long story shortened: he likes me, I like him. I make him horny...
Me and him have fooled around (touching, looking, etc) but we still haven't kissed. I want a relationship with him and I want to kiss him but I just don't know how to tell him without being completely blunt. I want to be creative but I'm kind of scared of how he'll react. I know he probably wants the same thing(he even said he wanted to be my boyfriend) but he still hasn't asked me out or anything. I don't know if he's just scared or what. I could really use some advice. Thanks :)

Well i think if he actually said he wants to be your bf then you should ask him out yourself.. i doubt hes scared, he probably just doesnt know if you feel the same.. so either find a way to tell him you like him and wait 4 him to ask you out or be assertive and ask him out yourself!

try hangin at his house playin a game, or watch tv/movie and cuddle

There's absolutely nothing wrong with being blunt. Sometimes it's the only right way to tell someone. I know there's nothing romantic about it, but if you wait long enough searching for the right way to tell him, it might be too late. He told you that he wanted to be your boyfriend, and you're still not dating. He's probably scared out of his mind. That was his subtle way of asking you out. I think you should just tell him how much he means to you. And do it soon.

Be really flirty with him, sit really close to him and keep looking at him he will get the clue that you want to kiss, or maybe ask him when you and him will be together.. just be really flirty
