crunches...?

hey, i asked a question earlier today about weight loss and i got seme really awesome answers... but most of them said to try doing crunches... but i don't know how to do them.

Lay on your back, put your knees bent and pt your hands behind your ears(so you won't jerk with your beck) or reach up to thr skiy and lift using your abs!
