crunches...? hey, i asked a question earlier today about weight loss and i got seme really awesome answers... but most of them said to try doing crunches... but i don't know how to do them.

for cruches u lie on ur back and lift/and bend ur legs and life ur upper half up..thats all ]
*try this* lay down and bend ur knees and then try to touching ur right shoulder with left knee and so on*

just lay on the ground and putyour hand behind your head and liftyour head up until you feel it in your stomach ]
Lay on your back, put your knees bent and pt your hands behind your ears(so you won't jerk with your beck) or reach up to thr skiy and lift using your abs! ]
