But if you really want to get over him then put away anything hes ever gave you and just go out and have fun with your friends! Awww I can totally relate!Getting over an ex is really really hard,especially if you really loved the guy! :( Just know that it's not the end of the world,no matter how much it may feel like it.But at first,allow yourself to cry and be sappy.Watch some sappy lovey dovey movies and pig out on ice cream!!Then it's time to start movin on!!Box up anything that reminds you of him,gifts,any of his shirts,any mix CD's you burned for each other,whatever!!Blast some I don't need you,kinda anthem music!HeeHee!I recommend people like Pink,Avril Lavigne,Mya,etc.!!Surround yourself with your friends and have fun!You'll find that the more you keep yourself busy and havin fun,the less you think about him.If you start to think about him,maybe even remind yourself of all his negative qualities,and all the times he pissed you off,that usually does the trick to stop thinkin all sappy!;)Just keep yourself busy and surrounded by your friends and family,and before you know it, a really great guy just might come along and make you forget about that ex COMPLETELY!!;) Hope I helped some,if you need ANYTHING at all you write me back and I'll give you my AIM name!!!

WOW! i definitely know where your coming from! I went through this a few months ago.. but don't worry it all works out. The best thing that worked for my was going out with my friends to get my mind off of it, girlfriends or boyfriends! with other guys you can just be a complete flirt and that will get your mind off being sad about your ex.. also try and meet new people. once i got introduced to this new guy we really hit it off and are kinda in something.. but its summer! summer time is for opportunites! LIVE IT UP! meet new guys, get out there! i hope this helps ya! if you need anymore advice.. just ask!

If you want to get over him you need to take your mind off of him to start.. Just go out on casual dates with other guys, or just hang out with your friends and have a good time. It might take a while but if all you do is sit around thinking about him, you'll never get over him.

I had the SAME problem a couple of months ago!
If you dont stop loving him in a few days or in the next week, talk to him about how you feel and maybe you 2 will get back together. If he really cares about you, he will say yes!

Well you still love him and he still likes you maybe it wasnt your time to break up!Maybe you need to give it another shot!But you cant and /or dont want to then to get over him you just need to keep your mind on other things!Friends,job,sports,maybe other guys!

Well if you're in love with him and he still likes you, whats the problem here!? lol. Try hooking back up with him! Talk to him about it. Just say "You know, I'm still in love with you and you say you still kinda like me. Whats the chance of us going back out again?" And if there isn't a chance then you're going to want to move on.
But if you really don't want to hook back up with him even though you are still in love with him OR he says there is no chance of you two again. Just go out and have fun and get him off your mind and don't even think of him. Because when you're having fun you always get things you don't want to think about off your mind. So go to your friends house, or a party, or the mall, wherever a fun place is in your neighborhood.
