hahah i got an idea...call him up n ask "who's dis?" pretend like u dont know whos number is it!!! when he says its him then b like oh hey bla bla start out a conversation n so on...n then b like "wut u doin this summer?" see wut he gonna say...n then tell him "how cool it is that he gonna be doing all those stuff"(thats if he doing anything) then may b he gonna ask u to chill if he doesnt..then b like "well may b if u want in that bussy schedule of urs u can add me up n we could chill sometimes together" i bet he'll agree...n incase he aint doing anything just be like "well me 2, so do u wanna do something?!?! u wanna chill?!?" ;) *best wishes* xoxo effy

lol your gonna have to call him if you wanna do something with him...are if you want to this doesnt all ways work but you could get a friend to call him for you but I think you should just try to call him and talk!!GOOD LUCK..

Well...does he have email? (Sorry if that's a blonde question!) If he doesn't, you have to think, is he one to make fun of you just because you don't know what to talk about on the phone? Then think of the WORST possible thing that could happen if you called him. Then think of the best! You never know what will happen if you just call him up. Maybe right now he's thinking, "If only I had the guts to call her up." You never know! I say go for it. But before you call him up, think of some stuff to talk about. Whether your plans for summer, your schedule, your teachers, cool movies, favorite sports...think of SOME things to chit-chat about. You know, just incase he doesn't talk much.
And if you're ABSOLUTELY too shy to call him on the phone, 3-way with a friend, or call him at a friends house, OR when a friend comes over to your's! You never know what he'll say until you actually call him up. I hope I helped! Please rate me!

ooo girl...i beleive you...you are in the same exact situation that i am in! i have this neighbor guy and he is hot and all but he doesnt have aim...at least i dont think so...lol no he doesnt but um...yah i am WAAAY too shy to call him. just like be brave and call him and ask him how his summer is going. and ask him how he is and then just have a conversation there is no harm in that. good luck!
