i keep trying!! i think i am fat.. (i weigh 130 and i'm 5'6"). i have tried to diet by eating healty and i still do but it isn't working. also, i excercise all the time by playing baseball, running, working out, and playing with my neighbors. i keep trying but i just can't lose weight! does anyone have any suggestions?

You are definantly not fat. The normal weight for a person who is 5'6" is 130lbs. So you don't need to lose weight because you're at the perfect weight for your height.

You are NOT overweight. You are right in the middle of being normal, according to your BMI. (google "BMI calculator" if you don't believe me) and you shouldn't be so hard on yourself.
Still, exercise is always good, so keep on doing the sports and working out. Healthy food is also good, so keep doing that.
Now that I think of it, it occurs to me that since you do so much exercise, you're probably quite muscly. Muscle weights A LOT more than fat, so you're probably on the skinny side of normal, rather than in the middle. ]
You're already at a healthy weight :o) .. Keep exercising, because it's really healthy + stuff, but I think you can stop trying to lose weight. If you want, you can cut down on the amount of soda you drink + if you eat a lot of junk food, you can cut down on that too, and you'll probably lose a few pounds just from that.

hun, ur prefectly normal. no-need to loose weight. ut if u really want to watch aout how many calories are in tha food u eat.

I would suggest to stop trying so hard to lose weight. Your at a normal weight and any skinnier and it would be unhealthy. ]
That's actually a really good weight with your height.That's not fat at all.But a healthy way... try that new milk research thing 24oz. of a milk a day.(3 cups)See if it helps.That way your not really having to cut anything out of your diet.And also don't worry about it so much. ]
