Maybe it's not that she's dumb maybe she's trying to have a sense of humor . Tell her that it's kind of getting on your last nerve and that she really needs to be herself . Tell her that she needs to work harder at a humor or, people will start thinking that she's mentally challenged . The whole blonde and being dumb theory isn't real, and if you dyed her hair brown she would still act the same. Plus, Ashlee Simpson isn't the dumb one.
