Ok well I'm in high school and like ALL the girls have bigger boobs than me! And I mean i dont want to go to school wearing a padded bra one day and having everyone notice me like a sore thumb! But I've heard if you messeged your boobs or whatever that they will grow. Is there anyway that I can make them get bigger without wearing a padded bra or anything :-/ I'm really self concious and I dont want to be anymore!

don't be self conscious..beacuse some guys actually prefer a smaller cup size to a bigger one..i dont know- i wouldn't suggest massaging because it's all based on genetics and there's nothing you can do unless you go for implants...but then it all comes down to whether youre making yourself happy, or soemone else...padded/water bra would be your best bet- don't make it too big beacuse if there's too muc of a difference from before, it becomes very noticeable..hope i helped =]

well i have given this advice once before and here it goes again just be happy with who u are and if u ahve to make your boobs look bigger then get a bigger cup sized bra

Just wear a padded bra.It's not such a bad thing. Btw, dont show people what your not. Just be yourself. Good Luck!

hey dont feel bad about having a huge chest its more trouble than its worth for me every day soem guy will look at my chest or do or say something stupid besides its hurts ALOT to run

Why do you need bigger boobs ? Big boobs aren't always the best thing in the world ( I have them so yes I do know ) . Be proud of who you are with what you have . Yes my boobs get annoying just like having smaller boobs annoys you , but just remember we are who we rae and we have what he have so just except it.

boobs continue to "grow" well into your 20s. Stop worrying about it. And not all guys like huge ass boobs.

Unfortunatly nothing really works. If you can't accept who you are, then you'll have to wear a padded bra or something to enhance them. If you don't want to stick out, then just wait until next school year to start. Whatever you do, trust me, you will hit a sertain stage in life and you may be bigger than all the other girls, it happend to me. In the mean time try to work on apprtiating what you do have - hair, eyes, whatever you really appritiate having. hope it all helped.

Unfortunately, there is no way to increase your bust size without padding or implants, basically being fake. And you shouldn't want to be fake. Some people have big ones and some don't. Thats just life, and you have to learn to accept it. There's nothing wrong with you.

There isn't any way to make them grow. They are basically made up of fat. Advertisers have offered all kinds of things that promise to increase bust size: creams, lotions, massagers, pumps, and exercises. Alas, none of these have worked! To look good, keep upper arms in shape and a trim figure...it helps emphasize what you DO have. Fitted (not skin tight) clothing on a trim body can make your figure look fuller. Avoid halter tops, as they can draw attention to the problem. Clothing that is baggy makes a bust seem even smaller. Instead of a padded bra, there are bras that enhance with push up features..the Wonder Bra (a brand) does really help! I had rather small breasts as a young teen, but they eventually filled out by the time I was 20.

#1:YU should start a new fad smaller boobs are in jus get yur friends 2 pass it around!
#2:if yu dunt like my frist idea wear a normal bra but make sure yu have hundreds of tissues!!!!!!!
