I'm a 14 year old girl who wants a "strong" stomach , maybe a 4 or 6 pack or something like that . What specific exercises are there to help me acheive my goal ? Am i too young for this ?

60-100 Crunches and/or sit-ups. Do them 4-5 times a week. Twist your body for half of them touching your elbow to the opposite knee. Sit-ups strech and tear your muscles. You need to take a break every few days so they can re-heal, making them bigger and stronger. Give it two weeks and you should start seeing the results.
If 100 is too much, start smaller, and add 5 or 10 more every day. They get easier over time. ]
There is nothing wrong with trying to be fit. Try doing crunches in the morning and before bed. Do as many as you can each time. but pace yourself, don't hurt yourself. ]
Get whats called a gym ball, bsicly a big blow up ball thing and first try to sit on it, then kneel then stand, its hard but very very good exersize! if not, try sit-ups of abdominal crunches! Bye ]
