my neighbor
Ok hi im a female,who is 13, my neighbor,a male,who is 15,who i happen to like is two years older then me.i told him i liked him and then he didnt talk to me for a day.him and i are good friends though so i dont know whats up.his best friend who happens to be my friend,and his brothers girlfriend,talked to him for me the other day.she asked him why he wasnt talking to me alot.all he said is that he likes me alot as a friend and doesnt know yet if he likes me more then that.he flirts with me all the time though.do you think i'll ever get him?....what does all this mean?....

I just think, while he is making up his mind, he is shy to be around you. When I told a guy I liked him, he backed away for a couple of days, but then later approached me and said he liked me too. He wasn't sure if he liked me as more than a friend,which is what your neighbor is probubly going through. Give him a little time to sort things in his mind out. Good luck thought!

listen if he is thinking about it he obviously has some doubts on how much he likes you ..... and even if he only likes you as a friend its way better then not being talked to right? i dont mean to sound blunt or mena or something and i know how you feel but if he likes you he likes you but if he doesnt then he doesnt and just be really happy that you are best friends and over time he prolly will like you

If the guy likes you maybe he will come around. But don't sit around wating for him. You are young, and if someone else comes along, you should take the opportunity. Plus it should make you feel good, that this guy is worried to ruin the friendship you have, maybe you are better off that way.

Well, it could be that he's just shy. It could also be that you are quite young and he is afraid of someone [his peers, his parents, your parents] having objections to you two dating.
There is also the posibility of you misenterpreting his 'flirting'.
I think you should just give him a little time and space to sort himself out, say a couple of weeks, then maybe you should say something to him again, if he hasn't said anything and your feelings are still the same.
