It really depends on how good you treat your child from what I have seen, and how good you do for him. Otherwise you will. But it depends on the kid sometimes, depending on the age of your son! Because sometimes they can choose for their selfs!
DruidX answered Sunday June 6 2004, 12:49 pm: Well, you could arrange it out of court, and let the father see the son every weekend or somthing, but if things go sour or you want drastic action [like a restraining order] you would have to talk to your lawyer and go to court.
