Even if you feel like your gone die just go harder or faster! I know that sounds tough but see I was in the skating class and my personal couch made me give it 200% w/o water or a break or n e thing for an hour. I only did that once a week.. but I did stay active throughout the week. N E ways I had awesome legs. Also put weights around your ankels and go do toe toe touches, leg exercises, or run up hill.
