stupid big mouth!!!!
i was just sitting at the computer and i had my webcam on and i didnt notice it but with how i was sitting u could see down my shirt and when my mom told me she told me to turn the webcam off. i did. then i fixed my positioning and check to make sure no one could see anything then i turned it back on and she took it!!!! how can i get it back without sneaking it back then getting caught and getting into even bigger trouble???

Explain to your mother in a calm manner what had happened. Let her know you didn't realize what could be seen. Also explain to her that you had fixed your positioning when you turned it back on, and they you would like to have the webcam back if you may. (Though, I think you should have asked permission to have the camera back on).
Then, if she still won't let you have it back, ask her if you two can perhaps make a deal of some sort. You could suggest something like her being around when you're using it, or let her suggest something.

Webcams are practically designed to get people into trouble. I suppose she knew you had it, so it was a lapse of judgment on her part to let you play with it in the first place if she thought you were going to be lewd--which, it seems, you were doing unintentionally. Or so you say.
It sounds like your mother was having a cranky day and when she saw you doing what she'd told you not to, she assumed you were just being naughty. You should explain to her what you did to remove the naughtiness from the situation and then see if you can live without it. I don't have one and I'm rather complacent with life.
Also be careful about who you let peek down your shirt. eep.

You should not have turned it back on without asking her permission first. Even though you did not mean to display your 'assets' on camera, doing so made your mother believe she could not trust you with the camera. Go to her, and explain, without raising your voice or whining, that it was quite the accident, and that you've no intention of doing so again. Try to compromise with her. Suggest that you can chat via webcam under her supervision for a day or two, to prove that you have nothing to hide. If you do not want to do that, offer to go a week without the webcam, and during that week be extra-well behaved. Remember that though it may seem rude and insensitive of her, your mother was just trying to do what is best for you.
