stomach fat Ok im 19 years old, 190lbs. and 5'7 i need to lose weight fast but i dont know how please help

mainly running and doing carido exercises...for right now crunches and stuff like that r good but they only work if u have low body fat...so once u lose the weight u wanna lose do more of those and it will help tone ur stomach.. ]
I had a problem like this. You don't need to lose too much weight because of your height. But, if it's really bothering you, I suggest partial curlups, crunches, etc. Eat a lot of watery foods (like watermelon, fruit in general, veggies - lettuce, carrots, celery are good.) Keep a positive mindset!

OK . You need to exercise or diet . Or you could take cortislim . You could do stomach crunches , situps, push ups, squats, plies, platates . You have to eat veges only though . Add only one serving of protein in your dieting like meat . Oh, please rate my answer . ]
Is there a sport you like to play? If so, play as much of it as you can. Try to organize a game once a week. If not, go for walks with a friend. Stomach fat will fade with walks, but it would go faster while playing a sport with friends. Sit ups would work, but they are so boring, try to entertain yourself while doing something physical. Diets also work well, but make sure you're persistent if you try it. Don't fall for any weight-losing scams, none of them work. ]
to lose weight its about exercise its the only way sometime we get obsesed with the way we look and it after the way we think surround ur self with ur friends and lose weight slowly ]
