She might have a disorder that causes her to be more "annoying" than other people such as ADD. You just have to learn to live with people like that because not everyone is perfect; however, when she IS annoying you, you might want to hint that she is bothering you. Don't tell her that she is annoying. Just motion "cut it out" or respond with short answers. She will probably pick up the clues. I hope you and your friends continue to have happy relationships. But in any case it might be good for you and her boyfriend to let her know when she is being annoying because you will be saving yourself from being annoyed and it will help her realize what makes her iritable. So for both parties involved in this situation just let her she is getting annoying when she is getting annoying. Because trust me when it comes to close friends they don't take direct criticism very well so sometimes its best to be around the bush (if you know what I mean).
