if you go online and type in www.google.com you can type in music and you can get a hole lot of music sites that can give you the stuff you want

When you sign in and see your site, on the left column, there's the "Look & Feel" button. Click on that, and scroll down almost to the bottom. You should see options for background image, and right under it, Music. Put the URL for your music on there, and click save changes.
A good site for music is powerwebmusic.com, but you have to get the ALTERNATIVE code for the music to work. Have fun!

If you mean as in music to play in the back ground, I don't personaly know but I'm sure you can Google it. If you mean as in for people to download music from your Xanga, then you will have to see if Xanga supports MP3 up/down loading.
