1) I can't hear the melody, so I can't say much about that.
2) The first verse sounds a bit cheesy to me (over rhyming, maybe?), I like the last part though.

I like it but agree with jbdreamer that you should sing a familiar song for an audition.
The only thing I can say about the words (and this is just my personal opinion) is that they seem to be a mixed message. I like the fact that the singer is happy with who she is. The Chorus seems to suddenly change the thought to the opposite when it says she has regret. I would rather see a consistent message.

I think you have some real talent, but no matter how good your song is I don't know if using it for your audition is the best idea. Use a song that the judges are familar with, they will relate to you better, they will listen to you rather that listening to a new song. Once they see your talent, you can say you also write and show them this. They will apprciate it more I think. But that is just my opinion.
