I HATE MYSELF!!!!

i need to loose weight! what should I do!!!!!!!!!!

First of all you need to find out if you are actually over weight.

It easy to check by checking your BMI (Body mass index) use a search engine on the net.

If you are a over weight the only sensible and safe way is by excersizing and eating a diet of healthly balanced foods.

never try to starve yourself, if you do stavre your body, you will at first loose weight but as time goes by and when you go back to a normal eating pattern, you will have effected your metabolism ( how fast you body burns fat) and no matter how little you eat then it will be stored as fat and ten times harder to lose weight.

As long as you are happy and your health is not at risk, its fine to be any shape or size.
If we were all stick thin model types then would'nt the world be a boring place !!!!

I have the same problem, I hate my fat self and I want to loose weight. Go on a strict diet...try...excersice, eat less, maybe go on a commercialed diet. tRY your best.

You shouldn't hate yourself. Just run a block every day and eat healthier -- less fatty food, but don't stop eating everything...that is worse.

beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I know its very often said, but rarely understood. what you need to realize is that you are beautiful inside. Weight, size, color, shape these things are only on the outside but you must realize that it is your soul that is what makes up who you are not your appearance. In this world of conformity few realize that its not whats in the outside that counts. I know this from experience i too am not of average weight, and i was just like you. I wanted to be like everyone else, but then I realized that looks are fleeting and you should be yourself.

Make sure you don't stop eating, and don't make yourself puke after ever meal.(I hope I'm not giving you ideas because this is very dangerous and will just make you weigh more)Exercise more, but don't exercise for too long. Once you get tired, STOP! Maybe go on a diet but not a starvation diet. I am somewhat skinny except my thighs, but I still work out and try to stay fit, you should to! Good luck & please rate me. i always say dont put chemicals in your body that you wouldnt want in your pets body so put together a group of friends will to work out with you and dear i hate my self it dosnt matter what you look like as long as you have people who look past what you look like find your iner bueaty

Ok what you should do is too exercise and eat healthy.This should help you lose wait.You do not want to eat too much junk food.You should not care what othere people think (if that is a problem)If this is does not help than I am so sorry if it does not work.

Crunches always work for me. Just play some music while you are doing it and go on jogs. While i am on jogs i always sing so i don't think about jogging. Only eat three meals, no snacks, no desserts.

a really good program is weight watchers. my bf and his family are on it and they have all made amazing progress. Also, excercising would help too. jogging, crunches, and push-ups are a start. good luck hun :)
